Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £6.49 across the board. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Day - these products will be delivered Next Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4.00pm. Please call if you require a Next Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in a desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.

We realize this may seem expensive, but unfortunately this is what we get charged by the couriers. CNM do not make any money on deliveries. Certain products such as radiators, storage heaters, and baby changing units, because of the weight, may incur additional charges. We will inform you prior to dispatch if there are any additional charges to pay.

Saturday Deliveries
We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products but there will be an additional charge, we can also arrange timed deliveries before 10.00, before 12.00 or afternoon deliveries - again there will be an additional charge made by the courier.

Please note: Although we will do our utmost to deliver your product in the time stated we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. The Red Top I bought is working a treat outside. I also bought an EcoLamp Insect Killer and that seems very effective on the upstairs landing near a roof-light where flies congregate. It's so good, I'll need a replacement glue board before too long

It works! It really works! Better in warmer weather, brilliantly in hot weather, but that's when most flies are around. We'll be interested to see what happens this year when the cluster/house fly problem starts up round here, but we're optimistic.

Disposal's a bit stinky - I didn't fancy emptying it on the compost heap. I've bought more for this year and already they're trapping loads of flies. A great product.

I was amazed at how effective this simple trap is. Situated close to our chicken run it has reduced the fly population by at least 90 percent. The only downside is that I think it will be full within 2-3 weeks. Have ordered more to ensure a fly free summer - I hope!

I was sceptical, but it really does work. The flies line up to get into it and die by the hundreds. Quite amazing. I still get a few flies in the house (the trap has to be hung outside, it has a bad smell to the human nose, although the flies love it) but nothing like before. The only problem is it fills up so fast that I need a new one every week or so. Fly control is getting to be quite expensive, but it's worth it.

Having a house full of animals, we are usually plagued by flies in the summer. Not since I purchased the Red Top Fly Trap. It started off in a fairly prominent position in the garden but didn't look great, so was moved out of sight. It has more than done what it says on the label. A very good product which I will be replacing again next summer.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as we have chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs in our garden so our conservatory had become the place for flies to meet! We couldn't sit or eat in there as there were so many flies, we couldn't leave the door into the house open as the flies would go off to explore and cooking was a nightmare BUT after reading the reviews here I decided it was worth a go. Easy to set up, hung on the fence at the back of the garden and is now full of flies, we have had the odd fly who has ventured into the conservatory but that is it! The chicken coop is fly free, the house is fly free!
I am just about to buy a second so I can continue this fly free living! If like me the flies were making your life uncomfortable do not delay buy one now!

This really is incredible. Took about a week to really get going but now packed with stinky flies. The contents do get a bit smelly after a while but as long as you don't have it hanging near the house it shouldn't be a problem. Definitely noticed a reduction in flies in the conservatory and house despite having a puppy.
