Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £5.49 across the board. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Day - these products will be delivered Next Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4.00pm. Please call if you require a Next Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in a desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.

Saturday Deliveries
We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products but there will be an additional charge, we can also arrange timed deliveries before 10.00, before 12.00 or afternoon deliveries - again there will be an additional charge made by the courier.

    Step 1

    Activate the Strikeback Insect Killing Foggers in the room. Two foggers are sufficient to kill cockroaches in a room that is approximately 3m x 2.5m, larger rooms will require extra foggers. The insecticidal fog gets almost everywhere and will kill any Bed bugs, Fleas &cockroaches it comes in contact with. In most cases fogging is only required during the first treatment, however many of our customers prefer to repeat the whole procedure and use foggers during subsequent treatments; additional foggers need to be purchased to do this.

    Step 2

    Once the room has been thoroughly ventilated, apply a fine mist of Strike-back Insect Killing Spray to areas of possible pest activity, ensuring every crack and crevice is inspected and treated. Be sure to test spray a part of hidden carpet first to ensure that the colours are not affected by the spray. Once dry the insecticide may be effective for up to 4 weeks.

    Step 3

    Once dry apply Strike-back Natural Insect Killing Powder (not supplied) to areas where it is unsafe to apply the Strike-back Insect Killing Spray water based spray e.g.: electrical fittings. The powder can also be liberally applied under floorboards to provide a long term protection in a difficult access area.

    Step 4

    Place the Strike-back Bed Bug, Flea & Cockroach Traps against the walls in the areas treated to monitor and trap any Bed Bugs, Fleas & cockroaches that are still active.

    Step 5

    Repeat every 2-3 weeks until the problem is resolved.
